Safety concerns when installing steps

When you install your steps, ensure that they will be easy enough for the physically impaired to climb. You might want to include a hand-rail to facilitate going up and down the flight of stairs.

Ideally, there should be a series of steps, not just a single step. Single steps can be difficult to see.
